We are currently recruiting for a National Field Sales Manager to manage a nationwide team of 4 Sales Executives in addition to the account management of a number of department store accounts. The role is field based and an excellent opportunity for an analytical sales person with proven experience to join a successful Company growing year on year.

THE ROLE

The role of the National Field Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a significant portfolio of department store accounts including full P&L accountability forecasting, joint business plans and the creation and delivery or marketing and promotional plans. In addition you will manage a field sales team covering the whole of the UK calling upon and developing existing independent accounts as well as prospecting new business. This includes setting KPI’s, training, conducting appraisals and analysing performance versus target to maximise performance. The successful candidate will also play a key role in setting account and channel strategy with the senior management team.

The role will be field based with visibility to the North London Head Office

 

THE PERSON

To be considered you must have:

  Graduate calibre with current experience of managing direct reports. Ideally these will be field based sales people, however a National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager with an Account Executive reporting in to them will also be considered.Experience managing Department Store accounts at Head Office level, ideally within a fashion lead branded environment though similar categories may also be considered.Strong analytical and communication skills.Leadership skills including flexibility and ability to communicate effectively at all levelsProven sales background
