THE COMPANY
The UK`s leading provider of Cash Services, our client operates a network of 46 branches, 9 cash centres and 2,000 vehicles, employing over 7,000 people.
Following an influx of qualified leads our client needs to recruit an experienced business development manager to capitalise on the highly lucrative South East territory.
With the support of 6 branches in the South East and a base at their head office in Surrey, the business development manager will be given every opportunity to hit the ground running.
THE ROLE
Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, New Business Sales Consultant, Sales Manager
£30,000 Basic Salary, OTE £40,000 uncapped, Company Car or £415/month car allowance, Pension, 25 days holiday.
East Midlands/Anglia : Peterborough, Lincoln, Cambridge, Norwich, Ipswich
Developing top quality relationships, the business development manager will sell Cash In Transit services in a consultative manner into market sectors including Retail, Leisure & Hospitality, Airports, The Public Sector and Banking. Wherever cash is collected in abundance, a CIT service can be utilised!
Working at multiple levels such as Finance Directors, Security Managers and Distribution managers, often within large and complex clients, the business development manager will need to understand the intricate workings of their potential clients, before providing a tailored solution to meet their requirements.
Often involved in strategic tender bids, it is imperative that the business development manager is able to pull on a wealth of internal resource. Relationships will therefore need to be built with departments including operations, health & safety, marketing and IT.
Working for the recognised market leader in CIT services, the business development manager will receive industry-leading training, with the potential to move into National Accounts inside 3 years.
