THE COMPANY
My client is a leading player in the rental and laundry industry. A national company, who has multiple regional branches, they provide themselves on their quality of service and their ability to tailor a solution to fit each individual client.

As the outsourcing industry continues to grow, my client is looking to recruit 2 sales executives to focus on the buoyant London region. With an uncapped commission scheme, and a database of hot leads to pick up, this is an opportunity not to be missed!

My client already has a prestigious list of clients including Harrods, Prêt a Manger, Harvey Nichols and Loch Fyne.

THE ROLE
Sales Consultant, Territory Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Executive, Business Development Manager
£30,000 Basic Salary, £40,000 OTE uncapped, BMW 1 Series, Pension, Private Medical Insurance, 21 days holiday.

This particular division of my client specialises in offering a reliable workwear and laundry service to the casual dining sector, focusing of chef wear, aprons, cloths and front of house uniforms.

The profitable casual dining sector will require the sales executives to develop strong relationships with decision makers from head chef through to procurement and restaurant owner.

Picking up on a list of hot leads, the sales executives will work in a consultative manner, understanding potential clients, their business requirements and ultimately providing a tailored solution.

Working from home it is important that the sales executives are able to manage themselves effectively, be self sufficient, and keep up to date a state of the art CRM system.

Working in this fast paced, and exciting industry, the sales executives will need strong territory management skills, the ability to build instant rapport, be experienced negotiators and be driven by success and an uncapped commission scheme.

THE PERSON
Applicants currently working as business development managers, sales executives, account managers or in any professional sales role with a provable track record of success are invited to apply if they have -
Essential
- Experience in the business services industry
- New Business orientated
- Ability to develop strong relationships at multiple levels

- Track record of success

Desirable
- Experience in the rental/workwear/laundry sector.
- Any prior experience selling to the casual dining/restaurant sector would be advantageous.
