Operating from locations in High Wycombe, London & Manchester we focus on providing a quality and professional service that is delivered through an exceptionally skilled team of Consultants. As the market starts to take an uplift we are looking for two ambitious and driven individuals to join our Retail Head Office and Retail Operations teams based from our head office in High Wycombe.
Within the Retail market we are extremely well respected having operated in this space for the last 15 years. We specialise in recruiting Buying, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Store and Field Management professionals into the following vertical sectors: Fashion, Electrical, Lifestyle, Grocery, Online and many more.
THE ROLE
£25,000+ Dependent on experience, £44,400 ote uncapped, pension and healthcare.

As a Recruitment Consultant within the Retail sector you will be working within a dynamic and energised team. We will be looking for you to manage and develop an existing set of relationships with some proven accounts. Each account, dependent on their make-up, will have a network of different decision-makers; these will include HR Directors, HR Managers, Operations Directors, Field Management and procurement teams.
We will look for you to operate as a valued partner to your clients, advising them on their recruitment strategy, salary levels, candidate profile and ultimately being their first port of call for all their Retail Recruitment assignments.
In order to provide your clients with a first class service you will be actively managing a live candidate base of Retail professionals who are seeking the next step in their career. The candidate pool can always be enhanced and we provide enormous support in attracting the very best candidates. This includes industry specific advertising, online job boards, access to industry specific networking tools not to mention our name within the industry and industry leading recruitment software and database.
This is an extremely busy and diverse role where you will be managing up to 10 projects or assignments at any one time. Strong time management skills will be the key and no two days will be the same. Your time will be divided between client management, Client meetings, candidate attraction, interviewing, advertising, email marketing, headhunting, managing offers, and last but not least; hitting targets.
If you impress with your enthusiasm, endeavour and achievements you can expect quick and structured progression through to managing consultant and sector management. This combined with substantial increases in salary package will satisfy even the most ambitious individual.
